What are the effects of clinical pathways in cancer management?

Clinical pathways as a mode of management generally provide the breadth and depth of information needed to make a good decision at patient, institution or health system level. This paper, however, shows the gap in research evidence in low-income settings and in terms of rigorous evaluation of the efficacy and effectiveness of clinical pathways.
