How can the sustainability of a public health (food fortification) program be ensured?

This paper shows that for the sustainability of a public health interventional program, an organization needs to consider social structures of sustainability which includes organizational routines set within institutional standards. It further points out that implementation and sustainability of programs are related processes and should be treated as such acknowledging that certain specific events influence sustainability and others implementation.
