Joel is a methodical, innovative, and results-oriented graduate in Economics with a solid understanding of economic theories and research principles. He possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, developed through both academic training and practical experience in research and data analysis. As a collaborative communicator, Joel is eager to learn and adapt, taking a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.


In his current role as a Research Associate, Joel develops and applies economic models to analyze data related to our research projects, interpret findings, and generate reports that highlight economic implications in our rapid response briefs. He also assesses the economic impact of the organization’s research projects, including cost-benefit analyses, economic forecasting, and policy recommendations.
