Edward Kayongo is a Senior Research Scientist and he currently coordinates the implementation of the Rapid Response Service in the Education and Gender Sectors at the national level, where policymakers in those sectors are provided with timely and contextualized evidence that is of high quality and relevant for urgent decision and policy making. Mr Kayongo is a team lead for the Policy engagement and analysis unit.
